During this time some people have lost the motivation to workout because they were stuck inside their homes. This post will discuss the benefits of personal and group training.

Group Training
Group Training can be done in a small group, large group or even a class. The instructor creates a workout that caters to all fitness levels, so multiple people can enjoy the workout regardless of their fitness level. During the session the participate has the luxury of doing what they can, while the instructor offers progressions and modifications. The purpose of group training is to get individuals moving in a group setting. Most people participate in group classes because of the social aspect. It is fun to workout with friends, co-workers, family, and other people in general.
