Group Exercise

Group Exercise classes, which are included in your membership, are offered Monday through Friday at each of the facilities. All equipment needed for classes is provided, and is cleaned and disinfected prior to use.

 

Class Descriptions:

AB ATTACK – Complete abdominal workout that will engage every part of your core.

BOOT CAMP – Total body workout where anything goes: interval & strength training, and other challenges.

HIIT | HIIT & CORE – Cardio, core, strength, and plyometric movements. Intense periods of exercise followed by short recovery periods.

LOW IMPACT CARDIO – Bodyweight movements designed to increase your heart rate without any jumping involved.

STRENGTH & MOBILITY– Strengthening the most common at risk areas of the body, and focusing on basic movements and balancing.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT– Build your strength with super-sets, slowed-down tempos, and circuits.

STRETCH & CORE – 15 minutes dedicated to loosening up your muscles followed by 15 minutes of core work.

STRETCHING – Movement-based type of stretching which works on functional mobility, static stretches, and much more.

TABATA– Interval training with intense, short periods of exercise followed by even shorter recovery periods.

TRIPLE THREAT – Cardio, strength, and core combo to help you get the most out of your workout in the least amount of time.

YOGA – A blend of balance, strength, flexibility and power all in one class.

YOGA & PILATES – Breathing, stabilization, alignment, balance, and range of motion exercises combined to increase core and functional strength.

ZUMBA – A fitness-dance class that combines Latin and International music, in alternating fast and slow rhythms, with dance routines that incorporate interval training
