Group Exercise
Group Exercise classes, which are included in your membership, are offered Monday through Friday at each of the facilities. All equipment needed for classes is provided, and is cleaned and disinfected prior to use.
Class Descriptions:
AB BLAST– Complete abdominal workout that will engage every part of your core.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING– Build your strength with super-sets, slowed-down tempos, and weighted circuits.
TABATA– Interval training with intense, short periods of exercise followed by even shorter recovery periods.
TOTAL BODY BOOTCAMP- Total body workout where anything goes; interval& strength training mixed with other fitness challenges.
YOGA SCULPT– Breathing, stabilization, alignment, balance, and range of motion exercises combined to increase core and functional strength.
