Recovery Tools for Muscle Soreness

We all have experienced muscle soreness after a day of working out. It’s important that we first understand that our muscles need rest in order to function properly. However, there are many different tools that can help with your muscle soreness. This post will discuss the best tools you can use to help with preventing muscle soreness and keeping muscles healthy.

Foam Rollers.

Foam Rolling has become very popular in the fitness industry. This piece of equipment helps soothe sore muscles, release tension, reduce fatigue, and improve recovery. There are different textures you can choose from but, overall it helps improve circulation and acts a deep tissue massage.

Compression Sleeve

This versatile compression sleeve can be worn over your elbow, arm, leg, knee, ankle, wrist or calf—to alleviate muscle aches, increase blood flow and accelerate post workout recovery.

Hypersphere

Hypersphere Mini is a portable muscle-soothing powerhouse, combining vibration and myofascial release. It’s small enough to pack in a carry-on or a workout bag.  Vibration therapy can help improve and prevent muscle soreness, increase range of motion, and improve blood flow.

Roller Massage Bar

Massage bars and rollers stretch muscles and tendons and break down soft tissue and scar tissue. This improves the body’s flexibility and the range of motion of muscles

Stretch out Strap (Resistance Band)

This simple strap allows you to stretch everything from hips and hamstrings to your lower back and shoulders. With 10 individual loops, you can grip at your current flexibility level and work up to greater mobility. Resistance bands can also make stretching a whole lot easier
